With an extensive portfolio of properties and a growing team of employees under her supervision, Perez’s property management skills have provided a phenomenal return. She possesses extensive knowledge in the field of rehabilitation management and has successfully repositioned numerous underperforming properties in Nevada, ensuring the success of Siegel Suites in its aggressive expansion.

She is a graduate of the University of La Verne where she studied marketing and received a Bachelor of Administration in Business Management. In addition, she leads The Siegel Group’s philanthropic efforts: She created Siegel Cares, an organization that helps groups such as, After School All Stars, Kelly Patrick Foundation, Keeping Memory Alive, The Animal Foundation, AIPAC, Andre Agassi Foundation , Nathan Adelson Hospice, Shade Tree etc. She enjoys helping out the community and loves kids.
