A founding member, Judith Perez serves as The Siegel Group’s executive vice
president and works directly with Stephen Siegel, founder and chief
operating officer. She joined the Los Angeles office in 2000. Among her
primary objectives: managing the company’s growing portfolio of real estate
in Nevada and multi-residential properties in California and being the
organization’s government liaison.
Her unwavering work ethic and business acumen enabled her to quickly rise,
in less than 10 years, from an administrative position within the
organization to an executive role. In 2006 she was appointed vice president
of operations and charged with overseeing the development and management of
SASCO Properties, a property management company and division of the Siegel
Group, in Las Vegas and the Siegel Suites brand, a provider of multi-family
accommodations throughout Nevada.
With an extensive portfolio of properties and a growing team of employees
under her supervision, Perez’s property management skills have provided a
phenomenal return. She possesses extensive knowledge in the field of
rehabilitation management and has successfully repositioned numerous
underperforming properties in Nevada, ensuring the success of Siegel Suites
in its aggressive expansion.
She is a graduate of the University of La Verne where she studied marketing
and received a Bachelor of Administration in Business Management. In
addition, she leads The Siegel Group’s philanthropic efforts: She created
Siegel Cares, an organization that helps groups such as, After School All
Stars, Kelly Patrick Foundation, Keeping Memory Alive, The Animal
Foundation, AIPAC, Andre Agassi Foundation , Nathan Adelson Hospice, Shade
Tree etc. She enjoys helping out the community and loves kids. She recently
